to lending institutions and has conducted these seminars all across
the country. These seminars currently are offered free of charge
at the lenders location of choice. Seminars conducted to date include:
Mitsubishi, Arcadia Finance, Barnett Bank (BOA), Wachovia, Americredit,
Hyundai, Mercury Finance and the 5th and 6th annual Credit Union
Conferences. It was at the request of these and other lenders that
the names of graduates of the National Certification Program be
available on our site.
These seminars consist of two one hour presentations.
The first hour is spent discussing how to reduce lender liability
within the recovery process, the importance of hiring a qualified
recovery agent, and what insurance coverage's the recovery agent
you hire should have.
The second hour of the presentation covers Skiptracing
Techniques. During this portion of the seminar we discuss the different
types of skips, the mindset of skips and various internet sites
and "conventional" methods available to your collection
staff in locating skips.
As stated earlier, these seminars are currently conducted
free of charge at the lenders location of choice. Each participant
of the seminar receives a booklet with an overview of the seminar
and valuable information for collectors use later. Other handouts
are given during the seminar.
